Clement Asoluka ESQ
Chairman, Sound Mind Buildup Advisory Board
Barrister Clement Asoluka with over 20years of experience in legal practice attended University of Calabar in Nigeria where he bagged an L.L.B Hons and subsequently attended the compulsory one-year legal training at the Nigeria Law School, Abuja in Nigeria. Thereafter, he was called to bar, and he has practiced in all courts of Nigeria till date.
He is a certified chartered pension manager and became a consultant in pension management in Nigeria, and he is also a certified member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Clement Asoluka ESQ have used the instrumentality of law to help the down trodden since inception and have always delivered the oppressed from the hands of the oppressor, many of the cases he did pro bono (free of charge) thereby becoming a voice to the voiceless.
Chibuike Egbujiem (B.A., TCP, PMP)
President/CEO, Sound Mind Buildup
Chibuike founded Sound Mind Buildup to help young business owners and professionals develop and grow in any situation. He teaches strategies that helped him start his own business with no money, scaling it up very successfully after conquering the odds against him.
Chibuike is an alumnus of Sean Cussons Business School in Nigeria where he majored in management consulting (the consulting process). He also attended Faith House Leadership Institute in Nigeria where he studied leadership. Chibuike is a member of the British Project Management Academy in the UK, and is also an alumnus of Rahns Wisely Institute of Management in the UK, where he majored in quality management.
He has a Bachelor’s degree from Imo State University, Owerri in Nigeria, and is a member of YALI Network, an alumnus of YALI RLC West Africa, Accra, Ghana. He has a certificate on The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, a certificate in human resources management and entrepreneurship, and other professional achievements.
Chibuike has become a multi-dimensional personality: a trainer, human capital development expert, management consultant, motivational speaker, and professional and personal development coach to many from different fields. He has trained people in audiences of fewer than 20 people to more than 10,000 at conferences, NYSC orientation camps, religious gatherings, trainings, courses, and virtual platforms, etc. He had also worked with Sean Cussons Consulting Group, De-Cien Int. Company Ltd, and currently moonlights at the Novelle Center all in Nigeria.
Peace Obioma Ahunanya
Vice President, Sound Mind Buildup
Peace Obioma is the founder of the Movement “THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX” to help young people adopt the act of creative thinking, ignite the act of being responsible and never to blame anyone else. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management and currently a practicing Estate Surveyor and Valuer.
Peace is a Member of The Nigeria Institute Of Estate Surveyors and Valuer (NIESV), Nigeria Institute Of Management (NIM), British Project Management Academy (BPMA), British International Safety Organization (BISO), Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI) and an alumnus of Rahns Wesley Institute of Management, UK where she acquired a certification on Quality Management.
Her passion for excellence and true leadership made her acquire certificates in Leadership, Public Speaking and Accent Modification which has availed her speaking engagements of not less than 5,000 audiences in the last one year.
Peace is the CEO of Daisy POB Enterprises, a business that renders supply services of various products across Nigeria.
Florence Ijeoma Egbujiem

Florence Ijeoma Egbujiem is an entrepreneur of high reputation, a banker with immeasurable length of experience and one that gave herself every reason not fail despite the odds that were against her and she has Communicated that all through her life to those behind her. From the beginning, she had all the materials required to manufacture excuses but she refused and conquered her very humble beginning. She is an alumnus of Our Saviour’s Institute Of Science, Agric & Technology Enugu State. (OSISATECH) in Nigeria and Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State in Nigeria respectively.
Amidst other invaluable work experiences, Florence have committed the major part of her professional life in the banking sector from 2002 till date. Starting off from First Atlantic Bank where she was the branch secretary, she later became the Regional Secretary and P.A to the regional manager(South-South region) before she went over to First Inland Bank where she maintained her former position as the Regional Secretary and P.A to the Regional Manager (Port Harcourt Region).
In 2008 Florence Egbujiem went over to Fidelity Bank where she became the Regional Branch Coordinator South Bank and later left that position for mainstream banking as the Head of Customer Service at the same bank.
With her wealth of knowledge in the banking sector, she has been a great aid for young Entrepreneurs in secretarial and banking documentations. She is the CEO of GPraise Konfektionaries dealing on all kinds of pastries ranging from cakes, chops, foods, decorations and events planning.
